Excellent location, building, and room. The lobby is also very comfortable. The staff was really helpful and kind. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The room had everything I needed, and the price was very affordable. The station and the convenience stores nearby are also a great positive point.

This was one of the pricer hotels we stayed in but it was lovely! The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was larger than we were expecting based on other rooms and we had a lovely view.

So many unexpected free extras like the Yokult drinks, ice cream pops, and massage chairs. Location was so close to the train station and bus stops. Extra complements on the quality of the breakfast buffet and the attentive, courteous staff there.

Location is great, just next to JR Kumamoto station. If you come by Shinkasen, it is very convenient. A couple car rental shops also are located near the station. Although the hotel does not provide a parking lot, you can find a big parking lot behind the hotel and the parking fee is around 800-1,100 yen per night.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Location is relatively close to the main station making it a good point for both visiting the city and getting to the Shinkansen, as well as JR lines, if you were going to visit Mount Aso.

The hotel located beside Kumamoto station which is a great location to travel around Kyushu, Mt Aso, Kagoshima and etc. The amenities in the hotel are good with lobby lounge, laundromat and microwave

Excellent location to train and tram. So many shops and convenience stores nearby and parking was subsidised by the hotel and very close too. The lounge area was great for relaxing after a busy day walking.

The hotel was in a convenient location- next to the JR Station and the local tram stop. There were quite a number of eateries and a big Can Do supermarket in the JR Station. The hotel was also very close to our car rental company. The staff were friendly. Room was neat and clean. We had a good view of the city from our room and the bed was comfortable.
